An extensive residential remodel completed in 2009.

Key elements include a new primary entry with a bridge spanning the excavated grade; allowing for maximum daylight into the basement level.  The address is prominently displayed on a columnar basalt water feature.  The landscape boasts a variety of colors and textures using perennial grasses and evergreen plant material.  Low-voltage landscape lighting was installed throughout the property and an outdoor kitchen was designed for the backyard entertainment space.
