PERMITTING & APPROVALS
PLACE Landscape Architecture facilitates the permitting and approval process at a local, state, and federal level. We offer our expertise working with Homeowner’s Associations, Design Review Boards, construction permitting, regional permits and approvals including grading, erosion and sediment control, site disturbance, and development plans throughout Washington, Oregon, Northern Idaho, and Montana.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SITE SELECTION
From creation to completion, we are available to guide your project through the design and construction process. We collaborate with allied professionals such as architects, engineers, land surveyors, general contractors, and landscape contractors.
Our design team assists clients with the evaluation of project opportunities and constraints, comprehensive inventory and analysis of building sites, borrowed landscape, view sheds, and solar characteristics.
PLACE Landscape Architecture also applies our extensive knowledge of regional governing jurisdictions (Spokane, Stevens, Kootenai, and Bonner Counties, to name a few) codes, approval requirements, and submittal processes to assist you in the design process.
