Renovation of an existing office building including the addition of a 3rd floor office space, rooftop terrace, and site entry modifications.

Re-designed building entry featuring detailed hardscape, retaining walls, heated walkways, stairs and handrails.  The rooftop terrace showcases overhead shade sails, steel pergolas, outdoor audio, video, and lighting, casual seating, gas heaters and fire bowl, elevated deck system, and container plantings.
