DESCRIPTION: PLACE LA was invited to collaborate with the design team early on for this new multi-story urban housing project. In addition to streetscape and lighting, our team worked alongside the architect to develop the custom benches and signage for the frontage landscape. The rooftop of the adjacent building was redeveloped to create an oasis for the tower residents. The elevated roof deck solution introduces a comfortable balance of container plantings, wood decking, BBQ’s, and a pet relief area.
