Modern Entry

The broken arch entry feature was one of the last (but certainly not least) details of this new north side mountain home.

The primary goal of this project was to create a sense of arrival; the homeowner wanted friends and family to feel like they were passing through a gate - with one exception, no gate.  The arch was replicated from the curved front porch beams; large steel turnbuckles allow for a modern cantilevered twist.
